Terms and Conditions

By accepting these terms, I acknowledge and agree that I am granting permission for my Submission to be used by Zvi Twersky (ai.crayolex.com), its legal representatives, and assignees, and any individuals or entities authorized by them, without any payment or compensation.

I acknowledge that my Submission may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed, and I waive my right to review or approve the final product that contains my likeness. Furthermore, I waive any entitlement to receive royalties or other compensation related to the use of my Submission.

Your privacy is our top priority. Any NSFW (Not Safe For Work) images you share with Zvi Twersky (ai.crayolex.com), as well as any requests for edits to such images, or requests to turn an image into NSFW, will be kept confidential and not displayed publicly. However, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards, I reserve the right to refuse editing requests involving NSFW images if the subject in the image cannot be verified as being of legal age (18 years or older). By submitting a request for editing NSFW images, you confirm that the subject(s) in the image are of legal age and agree to provide proof of age upon request.

When you share your SFW (Safe For Work) images, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms:

• You grant Zvi Twersky (ai.crayolex.com), its legal representatives, and assignees, the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish images of you, or images in which you may be included, whether in whole or in part, in their original form, or as a composite or distortion, without any restrictions as to changes or transformations. These images may be used in conjunction with your real or fictitious name, or in any color or other format, and made available through any and all media now known or developed in the future for illustration, art, promotion, or any other purposes whatsoever.
• You also permit the use of any printed material in connection with the images mentioned above.
• You relinquish any right that you may have to examine or approve the completed product or products, advertising copy, digital or printed matter that may be used in conjunction with the images mentioned above, or the use to which they may be applied.
• You release, discharge, and agree to save harmless Zvi Twersky (ai.crayolex.com), his heirs, legal representatives or assignees, and all persons functioning under his permission or authority, or those for whom he is functioning, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the editing of the images mentioned above or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
• You agree that Zvi Twersky (ai.crayolex.com) may, at his sole discretion, publish or otherwise use any photograph, image manipulation request, or other images submitted by you for marketing and any other purposes and in any publication, website, or any social media site, without notice or permission.
• By submitting photographs or image manipulation requests, you and any other individual depicted unconditionally and irrevocably waive all claims to compensation for use of the photograph or image manipulation request and/or any rights with respect to such use that you may have under copyright law, the right to publicity, the right to privacy, the law of defamation, and any other common law or statutory claims under the laws of any jurisdiction, as a condition of submitting such photographs or requests.
• You represent that you have obtained the necessary authority from each individual depicted in the photograph/image manipulation request to agree to these release terms.
• By submitting your images, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age, or a parent or legal guardian of any individuals depicted in the photograph/image manipulation request. You acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the above authorization, release, and agreement prior to submitting your images and that this agreement is binding upon you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

There are no limitations on the time period or the geographical location in which the materials may be distributed, and this release shall remain valid indefinitely.

This release applies to any and all images, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, drawings, renderings, image manipulation requests, or accompanying written descriptions.

By accepting these terms and conditions, I confirm that I have carefully read and comprehended the above release, and I agree to comply with its provisions. I hereby waive any claims, demands, or causes of action against Zvi Twersky (ai.crayolex.com) and any other person or entity utilizing the submitted material.
